These Terms govern your use of the BestAgent app and service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BestAgent hosts personal AI agents. Each agent runs in an isolated sandbox, can hold conversation history, can be connected to third-party tools you authorize, and can run scheduled tasks on your behalf.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and at least 13. One person or organisation per account unless we agree otherwise.
You may not use the Service to break the law, to harm others, or to attack the Service or its other users. In particular you may not:
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates this section, and we may act immediately where there is a risk of harm to others or to the platform.
You keep ownership of the content you send to and receive from your agent. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the Service — to store, process, and transmit that content to run your tasks. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you supply and for what you instruct your agent to do.
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize your agent to act on your behalf within the scopes you grant. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect a tool at any time in the app; we are not responsible for the acts or availability of third-party services.
Agent output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. It is not professional advice. Review output before relying on it, and especially before allowing an agent to take an action with real-world consequences.
The Service is sold as subscriptions and/or prepaid token credits, purchased through the Apple App Store. Usage is metered and drawn against your balance. Subscription credits are granted per billing period and unused amounts do not carry over to the next period. Prices and included amounts are shown at purchase and may change for future periods. Purchases are handled by the app store; refunds and cancellations follow its policies.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, notifying you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
